We realize that going to the dentist
is difficult for a lot of people.
What I want a patient to feel
is that they are heard for one thing,
that when they come in with a concern
that we're addressing that concern.
You walk through the doors,
it just feels like a place
that people are comfortable to be in.
I was, and I know my kids were too.
We really just try to treat people
the way that we would want to be treated.
I mean, that sounds cliché,
but it really does come down to that.
One thing that makes our office special
is just the family
atmosphere that is created.
Very positive, and it's a very welcoming,
warm environment.
Really the core values
that drive our practice
go back to when I was in the Air Force,
and it's as simple as just honesty,
integrity,
and excellence in all that you do.
We'd like them to be greeted,
friendly like you would greet
a family member or a friend.
As they come in, we listen to them
and hear out everything they have to say.
I have had no bad experience,
no uncomfortable experience.
They're top-notch.
I think we have some of the best staff.
I think they're really the backbone
of our practice.
I feel like they've gone the extra mile
and taken extra measures
to make sure everything is perfect.
We do offer amenities for children
to make their visit more comfortable.
We get great reports
from both the kids and the parents.
They have a great experience.
What I hear a lot is the patient
after they're done they'll say,
"Gosh, my anxiety before
the appointment was a lot worse
than the appointment itself."
That's just music to our ears.
I can talk, I can eat
anything and everything, it's joyful.
This is a relationship driven practice.
That's something that I am really
looking forward to continuing.
They will help alleviate any anxiety
you may have about visiting the dentist.
They just make you feel
like you're the only patient
and that means a lot.
It really does.
I want them to feel that the people
that are taking care of them
care about them and want them
to be at ease and to be comfortable.
For me to see that patient years later
and see that dental work still
working for them and being effective,
that's just a really big deal for me.
