Your journey begins with a personalized consultation at our Hewitt office. We’ll take cone beam 3D scans and assess your oral health, bone structure, and goals. If All-on-4 is a good fit, we’ll begin designing your treatment using advanced imaging and guided planning software.

On the day of surgery, your dentist will ensure you’re fully numb using local anesthesia. If you’re anxious or prefer a deeper level of comfort, sedation options are available. Our goal is to keep you relaxed and at ease from start to finish.

Using custom surgical guides, your dentist will place four titanium implants into the jaw — two vertically in front and two angled in back to maximize available bone. This technique often avoids the need for grafting and provides a stable foundation.
